This weekend we went to Austin to celebrate Spiderman. Yes, Spiderman is the little boy that will enter our world here shortly joining Lora, Josh and Elizabeth. Ever since Elizabeth found out that she would have a little brother, she has called him Spiderman. It's pretty funny in conversation to hear adults refer to him as Spiderman rather than baby, boy, son, and so on. They call him Spiderman. They don't have a name picked out for him yet, so Spiderman may just make the cut :)
We went to Austin to see Lora and Josh's new house addition and have a shower for them. It was a fun weekend with lots of playing for Mason and Elizabeth. It was tiring, especially since Ryon, myself and Mason all ended up in a full size bed all weekend. Overall it was fun to visit them. Always makes me wish they were closer.
As for me, I'm tired and unmotivated :) ! haha. Not sure why but that's just how I feel. I'm so tired of cleaning the house. Being a stay at home mom means that you spend most of your days in your own home, so the laundry, dirty floors, and dusty furniture are always lingering within eye sight! I wish I could just walk around with a mask sometimes. Being here also means that every meal and every mess is made here at the house! The only relief is Tuesday/Thursday lunch time. Meaning that's a lot of bananas being crusted to my floors day after day, hour after hour!
BUT today was beautiful outside, until it got super windy this afternoon. We spent lunch outside after Mason went to gymnastics and played in the swing and dug lots of dirt! It was fun. Sutton has an eye infection, which I'm hoping I don't get, so it'll just be us two tomorrow while Mason goes to school.
