Wednesday I skipped our morning bible study at Stonegate so the boys and I could just be together and not get up and go somewhere since they started back at MDO this week on Tue/Thu. The boys are tired and needed some down time. We had a fun morning at the park and then played at home. After naps we filled our backpack with books, and took our mat out in the front yard under the trees to read. It was simple and just sweet. Sutton's favorite book right now is Goodnight Texas. He can read every page to us. His favorite page is "Ye-haw, Ride that Bull Cowboy." I have the greatest video of him reading it over and over and the smile on his face is priceless. Enjoying the simple things.
