Beth Moore Living Proof Live

This past Friday and Saturday I was able to attend the Beth Moore Conference in Lubbock. I have been doing a study this summer at Stonegate and they were taking a group up to her conference. When it was first announced I really wanted to go, but didn't know anyone else that would be there and just kinda passed it off. Then after they announced it a few more times, one of the girls in my small group looked at me shyly and said, Do you want to go? I immediately looked at her, and said, Yes, if you go I'll go! So we signed up and were on our way a week later. I think this is how God works his magic. Marina and I could not be more different, different backgrounds, family life, everything…but somehow God put us together to experience him in a way that neither one of us ever had before. I'm so thankful. Friday night as the event started, I was just in awe looking around the United Spirit Arena at 6,800 other women singing, praising, and listening to God's words thru Beth Moore. Beth is an amazing speaker and she really does have a way of speaking God's words thru her. She relates to each person in the room and challenges the bible and teaches in such a great way in my opinion. She only speaks in a few cities in the US each year, so I'm so thankful I was able to attend while she was close to home. Obviously my brain ended up to be full beyond measure and my heart challenged like nothing before but there are a few points she had us write down that I'd like to remember and not forget.
1. There is a diving day planner.
2. Our names and dates are written in it.
3. Jesus saw us before.
4. We have been Found to Find.

I'm thankful for the opportunity to experience God's presence in the way that I did. I think it was exactly the "refresher" I needed.
