We had such a blast yesterday at the Airsho. I had been looking forward to taking the boys for a long time and I'm thankful we put this on our calendar and kept it in pen :) Ryon scored some awesome tickets from work in the private chalet's. There was free food and drinks, lots of chairs, and room for the kids to run crazy. I never know what to expect when we are gone from the hours of 11:00 on so I wasn't sure when we would leave and how long we'd get to stay. We ended up staying until 6! We took Kari and Kevin McNally and their two kids and then Derek and Ashly Nicholas who is a customer of Ryon's and a new mommy friend to me. We had a great group and together 6 kids! The most exciting thing as a mom is to watch my boys' faces when they are experiencing new and exciting things. Mason yelling in excitement, "Mommy, look at that plane!!!!" and Sutton pointing and not taking his eyes off the sky all day were just precious moments that I'm glad we could give to them. Rick ended up joining us as well and was a huge help because Sutton just wanted to sit with him the entire time. He was a great babysitter :) Sutton ended up falling asleep for a bit which was good and enabled us to stay longer I'm sure. Overall it was a really fun day with friends, watching awesome planes do tricks and letting the kids play in the dirt and wave to pilots. I hope we can go next year as well!
