We did it! Yesterday we purchased our House for Admiral Oaks! It'll be a 1600 square foot, 3 bedroom house with a big kitchen that looks out the front with sit up bar, dining area and big living room. We are thrilled! We dropped the boys off early with TK and headed to Abilene. We spent the morning playing golf with Ryon's co workers and enjoyed the time together. Afterwards it was house buying time. We are nervous and excited and surprised all at the same time. It should be delivered in 5 weeks! Way sooner than expected and still a little surreal to the both of us. After we closed we went to a furniture store in Clyde to get ideas of what we'd like to purchase, I like this part :) We made a stop at the ranch and caught the sunset and then headed to Brownwood to meet up with TK, Rick and the boys.
While the boys were with the grandparents they got to go to Graham's with TK and Brown Grandmother for grilled cheese and milk shakes. They also stopped at Pa's airplane hanger in Abilene to see him and see all of the cool planes he's fixings.
