A little piece of God's Country.....

I'm very excited to write about our new land purchase!! We are under contract on 128 acres outside of Baird Texas and couldn't be more thrilled! The land is beautiful and it's in a great part of the state where I really think we can use it a lot. The property needs a lot of clean up work by Ryon to get it ready to really enjoy but he's excited about the work and the potential. We got a great price on it and for our first real investment in real estate, we are thrilled! I can't wait for what this has in store for us. Ryon is such a dreamer. He has wanted some land from the day I met him and I'm so proud of all that he has accomplished. He puts his mind to something and he works hard to make those big dreams happen. I can not wait until we can build a little place out there and start enjoying it as a family. We have a long month ahead of agreeing on survey's and the appraisal so I'll be more excited about it once we go to closing :)
