My crazy Kandi got married this weekend. We had a blast. The wedding was in Lubbock so we left the kids behind and took advantage of the weekend away. We just had such a fun time hanging out with old and new friends. We danced the night away at the wedding and even took a trip to my beloved Blue Light after the wedding was over. I was in heaven. For years I went to blue light and just wished for a good guy that loved me to push me around that dance floor. It's almost surreal to dance with Ryon there. I was a happy girl. We got to meet Lindsey's boyfriend Andrew and even though Ryon and I may not agree on his crazy hair style we really enjoyed getting to know him. I hope to visit them in Chicago in our future. It was really fun to be around them. Kristen also brought her new boyfriend to the wedding. She made me tear up in Blue Light when she said she really thinks he could be the guy for her. Maybe it was the beer, maybe it was the Blue Light, and being around old best friends, but I just couldn't be happier for her. I am so thankful she has a man in her life to take good care of her now. We just had a great time being together and I'm so thankful for Rick and Teri taking the boys for us.
Ahhh, the mention of Blue Light takes me back! I found your blog through Laine's but I actually think my Ryan new your Ryon at Tech. Small, small world! And if you were a regular at Blue Light, I'm sure we've crossed paths as well. Oh Thursday nights in college....
