Opening of Hunting Season

This past weekend we met my family at the Ranch for the opening of hunting season/Thanksgiving. Although global warming really does exist and it was 80 degrees it was a great weekend. Really it was nice being able to play outside with the kids all weekend and it not be super cold. Elizabeth and Mason are at great ages now that they really play together and chase and want to be together. Elizabeth really wanted to sleep with Mason the first night but then she told Lora, "take mason away, he's not reading the books I want and not letting me put my milk where I want it." So mason had to sleep in our room :) Elizabeth got the hang of driving Mason around in his jeep though. They loved it. Overall it was a great weekend. We ate way too much cookie cake and I don't think I had a water all weekend so this mommy is fat today! Ha. But the cold beer at the Ranch with my boys in the Ranger was worth a million words. Ah I was relaxed and happy. We have Mason's 2 year and Sutton's 6 month pictures here in a little bit. I can't believe it. Mason has a fat lip and a cut on his eye so we will see what these really turn out to look like :) The time change has us all messed up. Adding the time change to a weekend at the ranch really has us all confused on sleep and wake. The boys went to sleep last night at 6 because they were so worn out from the weekend but then tried to wake at 5....not cool. I"m tired and I feel like this day may never end.
