I can't believe you are 4. And you keep repeating that :) In so many ways I feel like you are older and I do have to remind myself that you are only 4 some days. You are a lover of your brothers. Your heart is that of service and helping your brothers anyway that you can. You are Mason's right hand man in all his projects, you add insight, friendship and so much laughter to his life and those around you. You are the apple of Callahan's eye. You are the first to make him smile or to run and help him or to be super excited when he climbs on something new or "says a new word" You are his biggest cheerleader and I'm sure this will continue. You are such a middle child in so many ways, pretty easy going and so much fun to be with. You are stubborn of course, just like the rest of us, but those lips that pout out and those green eyes that glare don't fool me. You are incredibly smart. I know every mama thinks this about their own kids, but honey, you are going places. You can read the directions and do lego sets for 5 and 7 year olds, you ride your bike with no training wheels, you swim by yourself, you can change a diaper with mama's help...haha, you know every song on the radio, you memorize bible versus super quick and know the Lord's Prayer, even though lately you are too stubborn to say it at bedtime. Your thought processes never seize to amaze us. Your handwriting is better than some in Mason's class and you are starting to master that S. It's a hard one! You keep your friends close. You know who you love and who you want to play with. Most of all, you love big. You love Jesus and constantly talk about Heaven and Jesus and Angels. But you just LOVE big. Your heart is pure and sweet and caring. I can't wait to watch you grow this year as you enter pre-school at Midland Christian in August. You can't wait and you will thrive.
To celebrate your 4th Birthday I picked up Andrew, Graham and you from school Tuesday and brought yall to the house to play. We had Maddox dropped off too. The funniest moment was when I thought yall were playing in Callahan's room and wanted to take a picture. I went in there and all of you were standing in his crib! You crazy boys. Yall thought it was hilarious too. We then all loaded up and went bowling. It was so fun and you loved playing the video games too of course. I loved spoiling you and enjoying your day with you. The next morning you had your well check and we came home and did lego's all morning together on the coffee table. It was raining outside, Callahan was sleeping and the house was just you and me. It was wonderful. We built three lego sets together, and it was the best morning I have had in a long time with just you! Love you honey! Love, Mama
