All about Callahan. I'm behind on my writing on all of our fun adventures from January but today is just about Callahan. He turned 6 months on Saturday. I blinked. But oh how my eyes are wide for this little one. He is the light in our world. Callahan baby, you are loved. You are happy, you are always smiling. You just found your voice and haven't stopped talking!! I have been telling everyone for a few months that you are so quiet compared to your brothers and how you just look and take it all in. Well, you woke up my darling! Your high pitched squeal is so fun to listen to now. You also started army crawling on Sunday night! We are so thrilled for you You are so very fun to watch and be with these days. Your blue eyes kill me, man are they beautiful. You have eyes for your daddy....you can hear him from across the room and stretch that little body as far as you possibly can to get a glimpse of him. You are Sutton's baby. Oh goodness honey, I'm so sorry Sutton is always only inches from your face. What a proud big brother you have. You are mezmorized by Sutton when he's around. Mason also is learning to play and interact with you more, we are all thrilled you can talk and play with us now! You've been fighting some ear infections the last few weeks so we will see if tubes are in your future like your brothers have had. You eat pretty much anything. You are still a little skeptical on those veggies but I can trick you and mix with fruit and you'll gobble it up. You are getting the hang of your sippy cup but still love that milk in a bottle. You are happiest on my hip in the afternoons and although it makes it hard to do anything productive, I'll take the cuddles anyday. You are our baby. And I have a feeling that you always will be. We love you so. You are happy, you are joyous, you are simply fun to be with. You are taking on your own look these days. You have more hair than your brothers did, the coloring of Mason but maybe the facial features still like Sutton. You are definitely your own little boy. We love you honey. Happy 6 Months!
All of your boys are so handsome and just a beautiful mix of you and Ryon and of each other. You can tell they are brothers and yet they still each have a unique striking-ness all their own. Sounds like Callahan is working hard to get his speech and mobility up to speed so he can hang with his big brothers. 6 months is such a great age.
